To be more exact

The sphere of the diamond

The practice involves concentrating and meditating on the subtle canals of the aura and especially on a little sphere of the diamond.  This immaterial sphere is located in the heart area.  This sphere represents the essence of Buddha and Christ consciousness.  When the practitioner penetrates into it, he feels at one with his own essence (called the logos by the initiatory traditions) and he is united with the infinite divine spirit.

This sphere dwells in the center of a lotus that shines with white clarity.

Lotuses

There are 10 lotuses.

  • The main 5 are related to the 5 elements representing the qualities of the Almighty: Omnipresence, Omniscience, Omnipotence, Immortality and Mercy.

  • The 5 secondary ones represent the 5 awakened senses that give clairvoyance, clairaudience, intuition, telepathy and projection of consciousness.

These 10 centers are spread all along the central canal located in front of the spine.  This central canal represents a being’s vital essence.  The more his canal is refined the more he penetrates into this divine state.

Inner concentration

Vajra is a meditative practice that can be done in the lotus posture or sitting down; according to your preference.

It is an inner concentration practice based on breathing and visualization of the circulation of the different forces present in the subtle bodies.

Through this practice, the student becomes absorbed in the eternal present.  This practice allows one in particular to achieve purification of the mind and mastery of the thoughts.  Its aim is to help us become established in deep and stable serenity that cannot be troubled by life’s ups and downs.

Those who practice Vajra meditation feel as if they are enveloped by a feeling of continual bliss that is none other than the omnipresence of Divine Consciousness.
